One of the smallest suburbs in the Penrith Valley, Regentville is nestled on the eastern bank of the Nepean River through to Mulgoa Road, bordering Glenmore Park.

Regentville is named after the original property in the area owned by Sir John Jamison. A town with historic beginnings today is a suburb of less than 1,000 residents.
